Pre-stretched screen printing frame (110 mesh)
Aluminum frame with mesh already stretched to proper tension. The printing surface that holds your stencil—pre-stretched versions eliminate the hardest DIY step and ensure even ink coverage.
What to look for
- 1110 mesh count for general poster printing (lower for thick ink, higher for fine detail)
- 2Aluminum frame with welded corners (not wood that warps)
- 3At least 20x24 inch inside dimensions for standard posters
- 4Mesh tension of 15-20 Newtons for consistent prints
Skip
- Unstretched frames unless you have experience tensioning mesh
- Wood frames for repeated use (absorb water and warp)
Used for: Screen printing band posters · Making multi-color prints · Creating repeatable stencil designs · Printing on paper or fabric
